1. Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days
For distance purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to notify us of your decision, without having to give any reason. The period runs from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. For a single order delivered in several parts, it runs from receipt of the last item, lot or part. You may also withdraw before delivery.
The day of receipt is not counted. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the period is extended to the next working day. The statutory rules extending the period where required information has not been provided continue to apply.
2. How to notify your decision
Send a statement clearly expressing your decision to withdraw to contact@ecomyras.com, or by post to ECOMYRAS's address shown in our legal notice. State your name and the details identifying the purchase, for example the order number and the items concerned. Giving a reason is optional. No prior approval from us is required to exercise this right.
The Right of withdrawal page, accessible via the withdrawal link in the footer, sets out the procedure and an email template statement. Automated submission from the website is not yet available: please use email or post to notify us of your decision. Keep a dated copy of your notification. The absence of an immediate reply does not prevent you from exercising your right within the period.
3. Returning the items
Unless we offer to collect them or confirm in writing that no return is necessary, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Contact us promptly to obtain the return address suited to the product; this contact is not a request for permission to withdraw. Do not send an item directly to a supplier without our instructions.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you only to the extent that you were informed of this before purchase and unless we have agreed to bear it. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the prior information must also state the cost of return. These costs cannot be charged to you where the legally required information was not provided.
You may handle the product as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing or opened original packaging does not, in itself, remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Only a diminished value resulting from handling beyond this examination may make you liable, under the conditions provided by law. Please protect the items carefully for transport.
4. Refund
In the event of a statutory withdrawal, we refund the sums due, including the standard delivery costs applicable to the withdrawn order, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. Any supplementary cost resulting from your express choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.
Unless we offer to collect the goods ourselves, the refund may be withheld until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is the earliest. An inspection or internal approval does not create any additional delay. The refund is made using the original means of payment, unless you expressly agree to another means at no cost to you. No credit note is imposed on you.
5. Commercial returns up to 15 days
In addition to the statutory right, ECOMYRAS allows you to request a return up to 15 days after receipt. For a request falling solely under this commercial extension, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging, together with proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from this commercial extension. For an accepted commercial return, the refund is made to the original means of payment within 5 working days of receipt and inspection of the item.
These commercial conditions never reduce your statutory right of withdrawal, including for sale items, or your legal guarantees.
6. Exceptions and defective products
Only the applicable statutory exceptions can exclude the right of withdrawal, in particular goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, and sealed goods which have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. Being made to order, a choice among standard sizes or colours, or a promotion does not, on its own, exclude this right.
If a product is defective, damaged or does not match your order, contact contact@ecomyras.com. The legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects continue to apply independently of the withdrawal and commercial return periods. Exercising them is not conditional on immediate reporting or on keeping the packaging.
The return conditions agreed at the time of your purchase continue to apply to orders placed before this update.
