Terms of Sale — Ecomyras

1. ORDERS
2. Any order placed on ecomyras.com constitutes a firm and final agreement. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been validated.

2. PRICES

Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Ecomyras reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice.

 

3. PAYMENT

We accept payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other methods offered at checkout. Payment is due in full when the order is placed.

 

4. DELIVERY

Delivery times are indicated on each product page. We ship from European warehouses.

 

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

In addition, ECOMYRAS allows you, on a commercial basis, to request a return up to 15 days after receipt, under the conditions of our returns and refunds policy. This commercial extension does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility, except where the product is defective, damaged on delivery or does not match the order.

The return conditions agreed at the time of your purchase continue to apply to orders placed before this update.
